What is mpegInputTSPsiDetected?
mpegInputTSPsiDetected is a simple true/false flag indicating whether Program Specific Information (PAT/PMT tables) has been detected in the input transport stream. A value of false is a quick way for an operator to spot a stream that's present at the physical layer but not carrying valid MPEG program data.
