What is mpegInputTSNumEmms?
mpegInputTSNumEmms reports how many Entitlement Management Messages are present in the input stream, which relate to conditional-access subscriber management. The default value of 9999 specifically means the device doesn't support encryption/EMM detection at all, so an operator should treat that value as 'not applicable' rather than a real count.
