What is hneSonetProtectionBiDirectional?

Read-write boolean choosing whether SONET protection switching is coordinated end-to-end across both directions (bi-directional) or handled independently per fiber direction (uni-directional). Bi-directional switching keeps both the east-west and west-east paths on the same physical line, which many carrier interconnects require.
