What is hneSonetPathRowStatus?
Read-create RowStatus controlling creation and deletion of a SONET path table row (and its paired sonetPathCurrentTable entry from the standard SONET/SDH MIB); the MIB documents that createAndGo must be used to create a new entry and only active/createAndGo/destroy are actually meaningful here. An admin uses this to provision or tear down a SONET path on the HNE.
