Description: This attribute describes the direction of traffic flow in a connection.

rtp2dsx0 (1) - Traffic flows from the RTP session to the DS0 channel dsx02rtp (2) - Traffic flows from the DS0 channel to the RTP session bidirectional (3) - Traffic flows in both directions in the connection

What is salixDsx0RtpConnectionDirection?

This read-only value describes which way traffic flows through a DS0-to-RTP gateway connection: from the RTP session to the DS0 channel, from the DS0 channel to the RTP session, or both directions at once. Voice gateway administrators check it to confirm a given connection is carrying traffic the way it's supposed to, for example verifying a call leg is bidirectional rather than accidentally one-way. A connection reporting bidirectional(3) confirms both legs of a phone call are actually able to hear each other through that DS0-RTP mapping.
