phivRouteMaxBdcastNonRouters

Module: RFC1289-phivMIB

OID (symbolic): RFC1289-phivMIB::phivRouteMaxBdcastNonRouters

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.18.5.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: This value represents the maximum total number of nonrouters the executor node can have on its Ethernet circuits.

What is phivRouteMaxBdcastNonRouters?

This sets the maximum total number of non-router (end) nodes this node will track on its Ethernet circuits. Admins raise it if a growing LAN segment has more end nodes than the current limit allows the node to register.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.18.5.5
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> RFC1289-phivMIB::phivRouteMaxBdcastNonRouters

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.18.5.5.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> RFC1289-phivMIB::phivRouteMaxBdcastNonRouters.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.18.5.5.1 i <value>
