Description: This is the number by which to multiply one sixteenth of the estimated round trip delay to a node to set the retransmission timer to that node.
What is phivEndDelayFact?
This is the multiplier applied to one-sixteenth of the estimated round-trip delay to a node when computing that node's retransmission timer. Admins tune it, together with phivEndDelayWeight, to adapt retransmission timing to the network's actual latency characteristics.
