Description: This value is the number of seconds that have elapsed since the counters for the node in this table row were last set to zero. This counter is located in the network management layer, but is returned with the end system information which follows.
What is phivEndCountSecsLastZeroed?
This reports how many seconds have elapsed since the End-Communication counters for this remote-node row were last reset to zero. Admins use it to normalize the other counters into a rate (e.g. bytes per second) when comparing activity across peers.
