Description: This value represents the increment added to the tributary priority each time the scheduling timer expires. If not set, the defaults are: active, 0; inactive, 64; and dying, 16.
What is phivControlDyingIncrement?
This sets how much a tributary's polling priority increases each time the scheduling timer fires, with separate defaults per state (active 0, inactive 64, dying 16) if unset. Higher increments make quieter tributaries get polled sooner as they wait longer, keeping the polling cycle fair.
