What is rsAcctngSelectionMode?
This read-create enumerated value sets whether this accounting entry reports absolute counter values(1) or delta counter values(2) between collection intervals, defaulting to delta. Admins choose deltaCounterValues to see per-interval usage changes, or absoluteCounterValues to see running totals. For example, an admin sets this to absoluteCounterValues(1) when they want cumulative byte counts rather than per-interval deltas for a billing system.
