Description: This table contains at most one entry representing a configuration backup process that is either currently in progress or one that was completed. A management station can create this entry if and only if either the table is empty or the only entry is for a backup that has already been completed. An attempt to create or write this entry when a backup is already in progress results in the 'resourceUnavailable' error status.
