What is rbnSubsClearReason?
An optional integer value an admin can include alongside a clear/bounce/reauth set request (e.g. rbnSubsClearSubscriberName) to record why the action was taken; the meaning of the value is implementation-defined. Always reads back 0 since it's a write-only accompanying parameter, not stored state.
