What is raisecomSubFanId?
This is the index of an individual fan within a fan assembly (a shelf's fan tray can contain multiple sub-fans), paired with raisecomFanSlotId to fully identify a specific fan. An admin diagnosing which exact fan blade has failed within a multi-fan tray would use this sub-index rather than just the slot ID.
