What is raisecomSlotExpectCardType?
This configures which card type an admin expects to be installed in a given slot, distinct from raisecomSlotActCardType which reports what's actually there. An admin provisioning a slot in advance of a card's physical installation would set this so the system can flag a mismatch (typemismatched) once the wrong or right card is inserted.
