What is raisecomSlotActCardType?
This reports the card type actually detected as physically installed in a slot, as opposed to raisecomSlotExpectCardType's configured expectation. An admin diagnosing a typemismatched alarm on raisecomSlotActCardState would compare this actual type against the expected one to see exactly what card was inserted by mistake.
