What is raisecomPowerOutputvolupperThres?
This sets the high-voltage alarm threshold for a manageable power output, scaled the same way as raisecomPowerOutputvol. An admin protecting downstream equipment from an over-voltage power fault would lower this threshold to get an earlier warning before damage occurs.
