What is raisecomKeepaliveTrapEnable?

This read-write setting controls whether the device periodically emits a keepalive trap that lets a management station know it is still alive, with disable and pause both stopping the traps but differing in whether the setting itself is allowed to be saved and reloaded from configuration. Network operators toggle this to turn the heartbeat notification on or off, or to temporarily suspend it with pause(3) when they don't want the disabled state to persist across a config reload. Setting this object to pause during a maintenance window stops the keepalive traps for now without permanently disabling them once the saved configuration is reloaded.
