What is rlOspfv3IfDemandNbrProbe?
This enables neighbor probing on the interface to detect whether an OSPF demand-circuit neighbor has become inactive. It's disabled by default, so admins turn it on specifically for demand-circuit interfaces where detecting a silently-dropped neighbor matters.
