What is rlOspfv3AreaImportAsExtern?
This designates whether an OSPF area is a normal area, a stub area, or a not-so-stubby-area (NSSA), which controls how external routes are imported. Admins set this to importNoExternal on a stub area to keep AS-External LSAs out of it, reducing LSDB size on routers in that area, or to importNssa to allow limited external route injection via NSSA LSAs.
