What is rlOspfv3IntraAreaPrefixLsaSequence?

The signed 32-bit LS sequence number stamped on this intra-area-prefix-LSA; OSPFv3 compares it against previously seen copies to tell a newer advertisement from an older or duplicate one, with a higher number always meaning more recent. An admin troubleshooting slow or stuck convergence can watch this value increment to confirm a router is reflooding updated information.
