What Is RADLAN-DIGITALKEYMANAGE-MIB?
RADLAN-DIGITALKEYMANAGE-MIB is a RADLAN (a Marvell company) proprietary MIB configuring MD5 key chains, used to authenticate routing-protocol updates. Its table, keyed by chain name/key ID, records the key value, accept/generate start and stop times, valid-for-accept/generate durations, and row status. As a configuration/security MIB it lets an administrator confirm MD5 key-chain rollover timing used to authenticate routing protocols on a RADLAN-based (Marvell-silicon) switch. It is deployed on switching equipment built on RADLAN (Marvell) switch reference software (key management). Engineers can download the RADLAN-DIGITALKEYMANAGE-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in RADLAN-DIGITALKEYMANAGE-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
What Can Be Monitored
- MD5 key-chain rollover timing for routing-protocol authentication
Supported Devices
- Switching equipment built on RADLAN (Marvell) switch reference software (key management)
Monitoring Examples
An administrator checks rlMD5KeyChainKeyStopAccept to confirm when an MD5 authentication key stops being accepted on a RADLAN-based (Marvell) switch.
