What is rbSchedulerMode?
The global egress scheduling discipline used across the device's queues: strictPriority(1), wfg(2) (weighted fair queuing), priority-shaper(3), or wfq-shaper(4), mirroring qosEgressQueueMode but as the system-wide default rather than a per-queue setting.
