Description: Scrambling is an operation that randomizes the bits of the payload of the ATM cell by a polynom. This operation helps with the error detection mechanism of the HEC. Not applicable for E1. active - will scramble/descramble the payload ATM cell notActive - will not scramble/descramble.

Enables or disables ATM cell payload scrambling on this interface, which randomizes payload bits to improve the HEC error-detection mechanism; not applicable on E1 interfaces.
