Sets the action taken on traffic that exceeds the committed rate (but is within a second rate, for single/two-rate policing) for this class instance: drop (the default), markdscp, markprec, markcos, markcos2, markcosAsSecCos, or send. Only valid for policeSinglerate(7) and policeTworate(8).
