An entry in the Quantum Bridge IP configuration table. For every IP traffic flow, there is a corresponding row in this table which contains a DWS interface index, and a VPI/VCI pair of PVC configured at a SONET port for a given DWS interface. The creation of a row in this table causes a corresponding entry in the atmVclTable of the ATM-MIB to be automatically created if an atmVclEntry with qbPktIotIfConfVpi and qbPktIotIfConfVci values does not exist. This corresponding entry can be removed only if the qbPktIotIfConfEntry is removed. The qbPktIotIfConfIndex of this table is an ifIndex of the DWS interface from the ifTable.
