pktcSigPulseSignalDuration

Module: PKTC-IETF-SIG-MIB

OID (symbolic): PKTC-IETF-SIG-MIB::pktcSigPulseSignalDuration

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.169.1.1.20.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-write

Description: This object specifies the pulse duration for each signal type. In addition, the MTA must accept the values in the incremental steps specific for each signal type. The following table defines the default values and the incremental steps for this object depending on the signal type:

pktcSigPulseSignaltype Default (ms) Increment (ms) initialRing 200 50 pulseLoopClose 200 10 pulseLoopOpen 200 10 enableMeterPulse 150 10 meterPulseBurst 150 10 pulseNoBattery 200 10 pulseNormalPolarity 200 10 pulseReducedBattery 200 10 pulseReversePolarity 200 10

An attempt to set this object to a value that does not fall on one of the increment boundaries, or on the wrong increment boundary for the specific signal type, will result in an 'inconsistentValue' error.

What is pktcSigPulseSignalDuration?

Sets, in milliseconds, how long a given pulse signal (e.g. ring, loop close/open, meter pulse) lasts; each signal type only accepts values on its own specific increment boundary, or the set fails with inconsistentValue.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.169.1.1.20.1.4
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> PKTC-IETF-SIG-MIB::pktcSigPulseSignalDuration

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.169.1.1.20.1.4.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> PKTC-IETF-SIG-MIB::pktcSigPulseSignalDuration.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.169.1.1.20.1.4.1 i <value>
