What is pgDot1dStaticStatus?

Controls the lifecycle of a static filtering entry: permanent(3, survives bridge resets, the default), deleteOnReset(4), deleteOnTimeout(5), or invalid(2) to remove it immediately by writing that value. An admin picks deleteOnReset for a temporary filtering rule that shouldn't persist across a bridge restart.
