Description: Value that indicates if Far-end noise should be measured or pre-selected. If the noise should be measured this should be Activated(1). If the noise should be pre-selected seltNoiseFeAct should be set to Deactivated(0).
What is seltNoiseFeAct?
Tells the SELT whether to actually measure far-end noise on the line (activated) or use a pre-selected/assumed value instead (deactivated); measuring takes longer but gives a real reading instead of an estimate.
