Description: This object corresponds to the number of retries in the event of authentication timeout.
What is sysDevRadiusAuthAttempts?
sysDevRadiusAuthAttempts sets how many times, from 1 to 3, the device retries a RADIUS authentication request after a timeout before giving up. An admin increases this value on unreliable links to reduce spurious login failures, or lowers it to fail faster when the RADIUS server is known to be reachable. For example, setting sysDevRadiusAuthAttempts to 3 gives a user up to three tries before the device declares the RADIUS server unreachable and denies the login.
