What is pcedpPccPceDiscoveryAdminStatus?

This read-write enumerated object enables or disables PCE (Path Computation Element) discovery on this PCC (Path Computation Client), with enabled(1) turning discovery on and disabled(2) turning it off; per its description, discovery must be explicitly re-enabled after being disabled. Admins use this to control whether the device automatically learns about available PCEs on the network via the PCEP discovery mechanism, versus relying only on statically configured PCEs. For example, an admin troubleshooting unexpected PCE churn might set this to disabled(2) temporarily to freeze the current set of discovered PCEs before re-enabling it.
