What is valueOptOutput?
This read-write object holds the module's current setting for Optical Output Control, chosen from off(1) or on(2). This toggles the module's optical output itself, with off(1) shutting the laser off and on(2) enabling it, a control an administrator would use, for example, to safely disable the laser before doing fiber connector maintenance. An administrator writes to this object to actually change the control on the module, rather than just observing its state.
