What is minorHighOptPower?
This reports the minor-high alarm threshold configured for the module's Optical Power reading, as an IEEE 32-bit floating point number, a less severe warning level than majorHighOpticalPower. An administrator uses it as an early warning that Optical Power is trending high before it reaches the major threshold.
