Description: The value of this object provides the Major Low alarm value of the Laser Bias Analog parameter. This value is a floating point number that is represented as an IEEE 32 bit number.
What is majorLowLaserBias?
This reports the major-low alarm threshold configured for the module's Laser Bias Current reading, as an IEEE 32-bit floating point number. Monitoring software raises a major alarm when the live Laser Bias Current reading drops below this threshold. An administrator sets it to the point below which Laser Bias Current is considered seriously out of range rather than just drifting.
