What is majorHighOptPower?
This reports the major-high alarm threshold configured for the module's Optical Power reading, as an IEEE 32-bit floating point number. Monitoring software raises a major alarm when the live Optical Power reading climbs above this threshold. An administrator tunes it to reflect how far above normal Optical Power can safely drift before it represents a real fault.
