What is majorHighLaserBias?
This reports the major-high alarm threshold configured for the module's Laser Bias Current reading, as an IEEE 32-bit floating point number. Monitoring software raises a major alarm when the live Laser Bias Current reading climbs above this threshold. An administrator tunes it to reflect how far above normal Laser Bias Current can safely drift before it represents a real fault.
