What is alarmStateLaserBias?
This reports the module's current alarm state for the Laser Bias Current parameter, derived from comparing the live reading against its configured thresholds, using noAlarm(1), majorLowAlarm(2), minorLowAlarm(3), minorHighAlarm(4), majorHighAlarm(5), and informational(6). An administrator or monitoring system watches this as the actual alarm signal for Laser Bias Current rather than polling the raw reading and thresholds and comparing them manually. A shift away from noAlarm(1) is what should actually trigger a notification or ticket.
