mscAtmIfIispVersion

Module: Nortel-MsCarrier-MscPassport-AtmIispMIB

OID (symbolic): Nortel-MsCarrier-MscPassport-AtmIispMIB::mscAtmIfIispVersion

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.562.36.2.1.114.7.10.1.1

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: This attribute indicates which specification the IISP interface complies with. The options are iisp10Sig30 which refers to IISP version 1.0 with 3.0 signalling and iisp10Sig31 which refers to IISP version 1.0 with 3.1 signalling. If this attribute is changed, all switched Vcc components in this interface are cleared due to the fact that the two versions are incompatible.

What is mscAtmIfIispVersion?

Selects which IISP specification this interface's signalling complies with: iisp10Sig30 (IISP 1.0 with UNI 3.0 signalling) or iisp10Sig31 (IISP 1.0 with UNI 3.1 signalling). Changing it clears every switched VCC on the interface, since the two signalling versions are wire-incompatible -- so this is a disruptive change to schedule, not a routine tweak.
