What is nncExtDs1CctBitsToUse?

A bitmask (0-0xFF) specifying which bits within the timeslot are used for data versus signaling on this circuit. Admins configure this to control how much of the 8-bit timeslot is available for payload data when robbed-bit signaling consumes some bits.
