Description: Total number of seconds the congestion point was in the Normal, Low, Medium, or Severe congestion states.
What is nncAtmCongStatsTotalSeconds?
This read-only Counter32 reports the total number of seconds this congestion point has been in any of the Normal, Low, Medium, or Severe congestion states since the interface started. An admin uses this as the denominator against which to compute what fraction of uptime was spent in each congestion level. Comparing nncAtmCongStatsSevereCongestedSeconds against nncAtmCongStatsTotalSeconds lets an admin calculate the percentage of total monitored time this point spent severely congested.
