What is nncAtmCongStatsShortIntvlTotalCellsDiscarded?
This read-only NncExtCounter64 reports the total number of cells discarded due to congestion at this point during one completed historical 15-minute interval. An admin uses this to pinpoint exactly which of the day's 96 stored intervals had the worst cell loss when investigating a reported congestion incident. A spike in nncAtmCongStatsShortIntvlTotalCellsDiscarded in one particular interval row would tell an admin precisely when, during the day, the worst discard event occurred.
