This read-only NncExtCounter64 reports the total number of ATM cells received at this congestion point during one completed historical 15-minute interval. An admin uses this to review traffic volume for a specific past interval when investigating a historical congestion event. Comparing nncAtmCongStatsShortIntvlTotalCellsArrived across several of the 96 stored intervals lets an admin see how arrival volume varied through the day.
