What is nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlSevereCongestedSeconds?
This read-only Counter32 counts seconds this congestion point spent in the Severe Congestion state during one completed historical 1-day interval. An admin uses this to identify exactly which of the past 7 days experienced severe congestion when reviewing a week's worth of alarm history. A day showing nonzero nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlSevereCongestedSeconds confirms severe congestion actually occurred that day, not just a lesser level.
