What is nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlMediumCongestedSeconds?

This read-only Counter32 counts seconds this congestion point spent in the Medium Congestion state during one completed historical 1-day interval. An admin reviews this to compare moderate-congestion exposure across the past 7 days. A weekly pattern of elevated nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlMediumCongestedSeconds on the same day each week would point an admin toward a recurring weekly traffic pattern, such as a batch job.
