What is nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlAlarmStatus?

This read-only INTEGER reports congStatsAlarmOn(1) or congStatsAlarmOff(2), the congestion alarm status that applied during one completed historical 1-day interval. An admin reads this to confirm whether the severe-congestion alarm was active on a specific day in the past week, useful for correlating a received alarm notification with the historical daily record. Seeing nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlAlarmStatus as congStatsAlarmOn(1) for a particular historical day confirms the alarm was active at some point that day.
