What is nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlAbsoluteIntervalNumber?

This read-only INTEGER (1-7) identifies which day-of-week slot a completed historical 1-day interval corresponds to, within the table's 7-day rolling history. An admin reads this to place a given row of historical daily statistics on the calendar. A nncAtmCongStatsLongIntvlAbsoluteIntervalNumber of 1 tells the admin that historical row is for the most recently completed day.
