Description: Total number of seconds the congestion point was in the Normal, Low, Medium, or Severe congestion states.
What is nncAtmCongStatsCurrentShortIntvlTotalSeconds?
This read-only Counter32 reports the total elapsed seconds so far in the current 15-minute interval during which this congestion point has been in any of the Normal, Low, Medium, or Severe states. An admin uses this as the denominator to compute the proportion of the ongoing interval spent at each congestion level. Comparing nncAtmCongStatsCurrentShortIntvlSevereCongestedSeconds against this total lets an admin see what fraction of the current, still-open interval has been severely congested.
