What is nncAtmCongStatsCurrentLongIntvlLowCongestedSeconds?
This read-only Counter32 counts seconds this congestion point has spent in the Low Congestion state so far during the current, still-open 1-day interval. An admin uses this to track how much of today has already seen mild congestion. A rapidly accumulating nncAtmCongStatsCurrentLongIntvlLowCongestedSeconds early in the day would suggest today is trending toward more total congested time than a typical day.
