What is psgRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus object controlling creation of a row in the Protection Switching Group table, per its description that a row can be created in PSG through this object. An admin sets this to createAndGo when provisioning a new PSG entry pairing an active and standby EPON port. For example, an admin setting up EPON port protection for the first time would set psgRowStatus to createAndGo(4) along with the desired active and standby diid values to bring the new PSG entry into service.
