Description:
Status of this entry. Setting the value to 'invalid' invalidates the entry, corresponding directly to the CLEAR SERVER INTERNET ROTARY command. It is an implementation-specific matter as to whether the agent removes an invalidated entry from the table. Setting the value to 'valid' in conjunction with a new rotaryAddress will add a new entry to the table. When adding a new entry, one should also specify a rotaryPortMap as the DEFVAL of 0..0 for rotaryPortMap is meaningless.
