Description:
A time value, in seconds, that specifies how long the port will attempt to determine which protocol is coming into the port. When basicSerialPortAPDTimeout seconds have expired, the port will assume the protocol to use is that specified by basicSerialPortAPDDefaultProtocol. A value of 0 (zero provides an unlimited timeout.
